Berkeley Standard remanufactures and tests JATCO CVTs to OE specifications. All the critical components and common failure points are extensively tested or replaced with new parts. Each pulley assembly is disassembled so non-exposed parts such as bearings and seals can be inspected and replaced before we reseal the assembly.  Each transmission is dyno tested to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance.  All of Berkeley Standard’s JATCO CVTs are remanufactured in our Johor, Malaysia plant.
